The Glengarry Hearts is the competitive wing of the Glengarry Soccer League. The teams play in the Eastern Ontario Soccer League (EOSL).

Coaching Requirements
All coaches (head and assistant) must take the following courses: Respect in Sport Activity Leader, Making Head Way in Soccer and Making Ethical Decisions (including the online evaluation). These courses are all online. In addition you will need to take a coaching course. The technical portion is online and the on field portion is done at a host site.

Tryouts
All tryouts for the GSL Hearts are held in the fall. Tryouts are usually held in September or October for the following summer season. Please check the Facebook page for announced tryout dates.
