GSL Refund Policy – 2025
1.Requests for a refund will only be considered prior to the first day of the season and will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
2.After the start of the season, refunds will only be considered for medical reasons. Medical refunds will be granted for injuries that prohibit the player from completing the season and will be prorated, and subject to a $35 administrative fee.
3.All refund requests must be done in writing, email is acceptable. Any player under disciplinary suspension from any of the affiliated governing bodies (OSA, EODSA, and GSL) will not be eligible for any refunds.
4.If the season is canceled due to a government mandate, refunds will be given on a pro-rata basis, minus the $35 administrative fee. If there are 3 or less games in the season no refunds will be given.
5.The Glengarry Soccer League Executive reserves the right to review all requests for player registration fee refunds.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
