Each summer players from across the region take to the fields of Glengarry to compete in one of the oldest continually running leagues in Canada. The GSL typically runs the following minor divisions:
- U6 Coed
- U8 Boys/Girls
- U10 Boys/Girls
- U12 Boys/Girls
- U14 Boys/Girls
- U16 Boys/Girls
- U19 Boys/Girls
*Divisions are subject to change based on registration numbers
Registration begins in February each year and the season typically starts the long weekend in May. The following areas enter teams into the GSL:

- Dunvegan
- Glen Sandfield
- Laggan
- Maxville
- South Glengarry
- Vankleek Hill
